Regional Sales Manager DACH


About The Position

A Regional Sales Manager for Caja in DACH (based in Germany) is crucial for driving the company's growth and expanding its market presence in a diverse and competitive European market. This position requires extensive experience in the intra-logistics automation industry, as sales and market development roles.

Market Development: Identify potential customers, conduct lead generation and create new opportunities. Building and maintaining a sales funnel.

Sales Processes: execute and implement effective sales tactics to drive revenue growth and market share in the region. Manage Sales Process through entire sales cycle up to final negotiations & closing.

Develop new channels: Support the company’s BD and marketing activities in the region developing new and existing sales channels. Identify and recommend key industry events.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including sales reports, customer interactions, and forecasts fully synced with the company managers. Ability to work closely within a CRM tool.

Market Analysis: use different tools (market research, LinkedIn, professional publishes, etc.) to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors within the region.


Education: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is often required. A master's degree may be preferred.

Sales Experience: 5 years of successful sales experience in the intra-logistics-automation industry ( AMR/Goods to Person/Robotic Applications/Software sales)

Communication Skills: Excellent personal communication skills, as well as the ability to create trust and close relationship with customers and partners. Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into a sales opportunities.

Initiator: Initiate activities, capable to work independently but yet to be a team-player and work closely with the company Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams.

Results-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and contracts that benefit both the company and customers.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and overcome potential obstacles.

Technical Understanding: An understanding of Caja’s products and their technical specifications is essential for effectively communicating their value to customers.

Travel: willingness to travel within the region frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events as necessary.

Languages: German mother tongue; High level English (Business oriented
