Network Administrator
About The Position
As a network master you will be responsible for design, implementation and monitoring of large-scale and complex networks that provides communication infrastructure for robot's fleets. You will be involved in development, interfacing development teams and will be involved in company projects, managing and instructing sub-contractors.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Networking and Wi-Fi solution architecture in Caja's projects
· Defining and managing monitoring system for networking solution
· Network troubleshooting, including tight interfaces with subcontractors and customer's IT team
· Solution and process improvement for Caja's networking architecture
· Hands-on approach
· Managing and instructing sub-contractors and network vendors
Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience as network administrator - must
· Deep understanding of networking protocols - must
· Systematic understanding of large distributed systems - must
· Hands-on in Shell scripting / Python - must
· Ability to assertively manage sub-contractors - must
· Project / Customer oriented approach - must
· Experience with large scale WiFi setups - significant advantage
· Linux Environment - advantage
· Personal vehicle - a must
· Ability to work at USA time zone 25% of the time - a must
· Ability to travel abroad for customer’s site around 4 times a year – a must
