VP Business Development
About The Position
- The VP Business Development (“VP BD”) will lead the company’s ongoing effort to develop and maintain Caja’s network of partners: integrators, consultants, strategic partners, other innovative companies, etc.
- Leverage existing network in the field of logistics and warehouses to accelerate the current partner strategy
- Collaborating cross functionally with various departments to define go-to-market strategy and key potential partners per region
- Define and execute roadmap to develop new regions
- Close deals/agreements
Requirements
- Academic degree, preferably in Business Administration/ technical or engineering discipline
- 8+ year-experience in the global business development field – a must
- Experience in working in the field of warehousing/logistics (indirect or direct sales) – advantage
- Previous experience as manager in a team of experienced individuals – a must
- High level of English – a must !
- Travel- once a month in average - a must
- Independent – ability to lead a relationship from first interactions till closing
*The position is in Binyamina, right next to train station- 30 min train ride from tlv sovidor merkaz.
*Working in a hybrid model.
